Over the last week, we have updated our shipping process to handle the extra fees and customs charges and incorporated a PDDP (Postal Delivery Duties Paid) solution into our system.
So, what does that mean for customers?
If you are ordering from one of the following countries: Bulgaria; Cyprus; Denmark; Estonia; France; Germany; Ireland; Italy; Luxembourg; Malta; Netherlands; Portugal; Slovakia; Spain; Sweden, we will handle all the customs fees on your behalf. All fees will be listed before checkout. That means no hidden costs and much faster delivery for all orders.
Sadly, if you are ordering from one of the following EU countries: Belgium; Croatia; Czechia; Finland; Greece; Hungary; Latvia; Lithuania; Poland; Romania; Slovenia, we can’t provide the PDDP option. Once your orders arrive in your country, customs officials/the delivery company will ask you to pay the applicable customs fees. Those are completely out of our control, and we strongly advise customers to check those charges before ordering.
