A quick update regarding the latest development regarding the new US tariffs: we have now temporarily stopped accepting orders from the US, as we need a week or so to work out all the technical details about how the new system of Custom Fees works.
According to The Royal Mail, they will have a working solution launched tomorrow, so fingers crossed, and we will be able to restore the service as usual.
If you have a currently open order with us, do not worry. Your order will be delivered to you as soon as possible, and we will also cover any additional fees. I will try to contact each of you individually to give you an update about it.
