Shipping to EU and Canada

As some of you may be aware, some new regulations (GPSR) are coming into force in the EU. We would like to assure all our EU-based customers that we are shipping all orders to the EU as normal.

But if you have any questions regarding our products or shipping, please feel free to get in touch, and we will answer them.

Canadian Customers – UPDATE 02/01/2024

At the moment, all orders shipped by RM to Canada are on hold. We can still accept orders from Canadian customers, but we will hold off on shipping them until the strike action is over.

Customers who wish to use alternative courier companies as a shipping option, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will provide you with the available options.

We have some good news for our Canadian customers! Royal Mail has resumed all services to Canada! That means we can ship orders as usual. Please bear in mind that Canada Post is working to clear a significant backlog of items, so there may still be some delays with the delivery of orders in January 2025. 

Junkers Haft-track

After many, many years and some considerable delays, we are proud to announce that the famous Junker’s Half-Track is now available from our web store! Huzzah!

You must forgive us for this model’s rather poor paint job. It still needs some work (well, a lot of it :D), but we know many of you would like to get one before Christmas, so we needed to rush it a bit.

The Half-Track comes with the crew member that operates the Chain Gun. The rules will be available soon in the upcoming 4th issue of our BattleMag! magazine.

Black Tree Clearance sale – update

As you know, we are currently running a clearance sale of all remaining Black Tree Design miniatures stock. The sale will end on the 7th of January. After that date, the miniatures will no longer be available at our web store.

So, this is the last chance you have if you want to get some of them!
